Description

PURE PRAIRIE LEAGUE (PPL) was formed in Waverly (Columbus), OH in 1965.  Their first album had a trail-worn cowboy named "Luke" on the cover of the album.   It was taken from a SATURDAY EVENING POST  cover by Norman Rockwell and "Luke" would be featured on every album thereafter.  They have recorded about 14 albums throughout the years.    If you would like to own all five of their first albums, then now is your chance!   The band had a start-stop career that span several years; 1970-1988, 1998-2002 & 2004-present.  My albums are very gently used and shipped USPS Media Mail.
