 Punk/New Wave/Joy Division - Ideal For Living 7" EP + Flexi
Mega Rare 100% Genuine Original Enigma Records 1st Issue

The holy grail for Joy Division collectors!  A mega rare original issue of the legendary Ideal For Living 7" EP along with a copy of the Komakino/Incubation Flexi.  This is part of a batch of great records I'm selling for a friend who was active in the punk and New Wave scene in Scotland in the late 70's and early 80's.  This is a 100% genuine first pressing and was bought upon release.  Any serious Joy Division collector will know how to spot a first issue.  Features are:-

  • matt black contoured label with serrated edges
  • small hand written matrix numbers in run off grooves with 'EG' etched alongside on side 2
  • Heavy gauge fold out sleeve with in focus graphics
Enigma Records PSS 139, 1978. Flexi is Factory Records, FAC 28/FAC Reject, 1980.  Sleeve in very good condition - some very minor age discolouration at the top edge of the cover and along the folds (see photos). Record is in excellent condition and barely looks as if it's ever been played.  Flexi also in excellent condition.

A must have for any serious Joy Division collector.
