Description
Full-length LP from David Axelrod titled "Songs Of Experience" reissued by Capitol Records (SKAO-338) in 2000. 180 gram repress of Axelrod's follow-up album to his "Songs Of Innocence" which was also inspired by William Blake poems. The music features lush orchestral arrangements with sections of jazz, funk and psychedelic pop. Like much of Axelrod's music this release was heavily sampled by hip-hop artists.
