For auction is the rare 1973 album by Manfred Mann's Earth Band 'Messin' on the Vertigo space ship label.

Near mint copy of Manfred Mann’s Earth Band’s classic album from 1973 Messin’. This is the first UK pressing in superb condition. It has a die-cut front to the gatefold sleeve and comes complete with its original polythene-lined inner sleeve ”Plastic bags can be dangerous” - which is in EX plus condition, also the record has the first press spaceship design Vertigo labels, also NM condition!

The gatefold cover looks in excellent condition mild ring wear, one corner ding on front top R hand corner, other than that in fantastic NM condition.The vinyl has immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which are completely unmarked in strong daylight with hardly no sign of play at all even under halogen light and a magnifying glass.There is evidence of one spindle mark on side and side two. The record has the just pressed look. The sound quality is simply superb. NM
