The Lowdown: A mysterious record from the Choate Rosemary Hall, a boarding school in Wallingford, Connecticut. There are three different groups featured.
OK - Side 1 is essentially garbage. It features tracks from some boys vocal choral group called The Maiyeros. Yuck. Side 2 is what you're here for - first, there are three tracks by The Stephen Wade Trio, a straight-ahead jazz group that's actually quite good. The remaining 5 tracks are from The Intruders, three of which are included below in their entirety. Surf garage from a bunch of teenagers whose parents sent them to boarding school. Awesome. The jacket does provide a blurb about each group, so with a little more legwork, I'm sure these folks could be tracked down.
