Unreleased rejected mis-print, scrapped printing job - RARE!

This version of the picture sleeve was never released or sold to the public. The printing production of this sleeve was deemed "unacceptable" by the artist, who ordered the sleeves to be destroyed. A pressman at the printing company saved a handful before they were trashed. 

These are very rare, only a couple dozen are in circulation.
