PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!!!
STILL IN THE ORIGINAL SHRINK with THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER AND INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL FOLDOUT POSTER(the poster has some water damage and peeling along the main foldover / crease)(see photos)
PRICED ACCORDINGLY!
IF YOU ARE A STICKLER THIS COPY IS NOT FOR YOU. THE VINYL HAS JUST A FEW SURFACE MARKS THAT WILL CAUSE SURFACE NOISE AND POPS & CLICKS. IF NOT FOR THESE FEW SURFACE MARKS IT WOULD EASILY BE GRADED VERY GOOD. And the poster has some water damage and peeling along the main foldover / crease.(see photos)
Up for sale is one(1) Prince - Controversy LP from 1981. ORIGINAL PRESSING LP on Warner Bros. Records (#BSK 3601).
The vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has surface marks that may cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. Even with a Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise, certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts.
PLAY TESTED! I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME!
Nice fairly clean labels with spindle marks.
The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, dings, and ring wear all of which are typical. The cover and Hype Sticker are in great shape.
The LP is being housed in a stock Warner Bros. plastic inner sleeve.
The poster is in Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, crease, and dings all of which are typical. And there is some peeling along the main foldover / crease that appears to be from some liquid.
I obtained this LP in the early 1980s. It was gently played back in the day. Not played in many years. It has been in storage ever since.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
