Description

An original very 1st press of ST on the USA Swan label from '74. Etching 'Porky/Pecko'...A George Peckham cut. The vinyl comes housed in an original heavy-card gatefold cover with DJ Promo sticker in the top right corner, and a deletion cut down in the bottom right corner. Also included is the original inner sleeve. We also have the original press-kit info re the newly formed Swan label and details about the individual band members. Nice! So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has clearly only seen very light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. A pretty much faultless rendition with little to complain at. Expect nothing more than a couple of crackles in a couple of spots per side. A truly superb level of preservation - difficult to imagine many copies even getting close to this one! FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex-) In tremendous condition and has clearly been carefully after down the years. These USA covers are notorious for turning up looking a bit worse for wear, but this example certainly bucks the trend. Lovely clean and uncreased front and rear - only the lightest handling evident. The interior is absolutely immaculate. Edge wear is very slight for this title - just remember that there's a deletion cut on that opening edge. The spine is 100% intact. All text perfectly legible - which must be unsual. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity in part thanks to the heavy-card employed.
Inner (Vg) Surfaces are aok, but the edges have split in places. I've taped it up to stop further splitting.
Press-kit Flyer/Leaflet (Ex) Very close to perfect.
