"RVG" is etched in the dead wax. The address on the labels is "Prestige Records, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J.".
The condition of the record is excellent VG++, no scratches,minor scuffs. There is a sticker on the side 1 label. The laminated cover is in excellent VG++ condition, the top seam is abraded at the spine, there is a one inch crack in the paper on the spine. No spine or seam splits, no writing or holes.
