impossible room raising funds for Pendleside Hospice since 2014

TO BETTY ALL MY LOVE DAVID XXX THANKS 4 ALL U HAVE DONE 4 ME 2 KIND
I cannot verify whether this is authentic or not. It may just be a fan from 40 years ago with a good imagination. However, there ARE some similarities with examples of Bowie's handwriting online.
The recipient 'Betty' has written her name on the flip side with the same pen, but the letters appear to be of a different hand.
This disc was donated to me to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice, and whether this sells for 99p or a substantial amount, 100% will be donated to the Hospice.
Condition (Visually graded only) Sleeve - replacement Disc - FAIR (There are more than just a few marks, and in fact the disc didn't even have a sleeve when it was handed to me).
So, all in all, the decision is yours. I know nothing of its history, neither did the person who donated it. It could be genuine and a 99p bargain for a devotee.
