Description

This is an original 1st pressing copy of the Poison Idea "Pick Your King" 7" 33 rpm ep, on clear vinyl. This intense blast of hardcore punk fury is my pick for the best record from this infamous band. A must have for collectors of hardcore punk. Includes the insert with recording details, but no lyric sheet (which I don't think came with my copy).

Track listing  Side A:  Think Twice, It's An Action, This Thing Called Progress, In My Head Ache, Underage, Self Abuse  Side B: Cult Band, Last One, Pure Hate, Castration, (I Hate) Reggae, Give It Up, Think Fast.

The vinyl is in superb shape, VG+: no scratches, no nicks, no scuffs, very shiny, no skips, no extraneous noise. It plays well; I only played it a few times back in the day, and once now to assess how it sounds.

The sleeve, is in VG to VG- shape: it is completely intact, with no tears or seam splits, but it is starting to yellow a bit, and it does have some minor creasing. The insert I do have, the one with the band info and recording information, is in great shape, pretty pristine, with no creases or tears. I do not have the lyric sheet, and I don't think i ever had it in the first place. If I do find it, I will amend my description.

If you win the auction, please pay within 3 days of the end of the auction. You are responsible for all applicable shipping charges, and I do have a $4.50 handling charge, to partially cover my costs for packaging supplies (heavy duty carboard box and 4 sheets of foamboard) and insurance.

Once you have paid, I will ship your record within 3 business days.

If you are in the U.S. I will ship your record via USPS Priority Mail. If you are an international buyer, I will ship your record via USPS Express Mail International, although if you object to the price of that, I will try to work out a different method with you. International buyers, if you do not want me to declare the full value of the record for customs and insurance purposes, to avoid high import duties, I will only cover the amount you wish me to declare, if the record is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
