Side A of The Disc is VG Plus, Side B is EX Minus, Sleeve is VG, One of Three Part Has Torn and Apart from The Sleeve Like The Photo.
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
