Pink Floyd lp Saucerful of Secrets MONO  SX 6258 
This 1st UK Press MONO version from 1968 has the label and sleeve error Gilmore which should be Gilmour, 

Both labels are EX/EX minus and the vinyl is VG+
Side 1 matrix XAX3633-1 Side 2 matrix XAX3634-1

It comes in a Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending front laminated sleeve which has some creases and a little bit of ringwear
It plays EX with some very minor static crackles
