Wish You Were Here is the ninth studio album by the English progressive rock group Pink Floyd, released in September 1975. It explores themes of absence, the music business and former band member Syd Barrett's mental decline. Inspired by material the group composed while performing across Europe, Wish You Were Here was recorded in numerous sessions at London's Abbey Road Studios. The premise of the album was based on a song written by the band called "Shine On You Crazy Diamond". "Shine On" was a tribute to Barrett, who, coincidentally, made an impromptu visit to the studio while it was being recorded

This is the original matt single wallet type cover, again very earliest issue with the yellow/tan coloured inside to the card and the pinched ends to the spine. Very clean example with no writing or tears and just the odd light mark, very strong spine with no splits, very solid and square. Super example with the original black shrink wrap still present with the robot hand shake sticker attached ! all though this wrapping is a little split, overall a very nice original  (see-pics)  EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION

VINYLS

All sides have a rich deep glossy shine with mirror like playing surfaces, absolutely immaculate condition ! Even under bright light inspection, reveals no hairlines, scuffs or blemishes, probably only played a couple of times at most ! Very carefully on high-end equipment. All tracks sound very clear and separeted through both channels with just a hint of static/crackle from gathered dust, this will completely disappear if cleaned , amazing to find a very 1st pressing in this condition ! Stunning example FINAL UP-GRADE  (see-pics )Visualy and Audibly  NEAR MINT CONDITION
