Rare Quadrophonic issue in SUPERB NEAR MINT condition!

Plays and looks NEAR MINT on both sides, I can't see a flaw on it.  The labels are clean with only a couple of spindle wear marks.  

The only flaw is that the inner sleeve has a 4 inch split along the bottom but it is otherwise in EX condition, and the sleeve is in EX condition, apart from one scuff on the top edge.  

I've searched  and I can't find another copy for sale anywhere else.  There weren't many copies of this record issued at the time, so this is becoming more rare, especially in near mint condition. This record has been very well taken care of.

Postage Insurance

Basic royal mail services provide £46 insurance cover for loss or damage and this is adequate for many items.  If an item sells for above this amount than a special delivery option must be selected, failure to do so would mean that in the event of loss or damage I will be able to refund only £46 + P&P costs.

Payments

Papypal is prefered as it is quicker and easier for both seller and buyer, but I am happy to receive payment by cheque or postal order.  Items cannot be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.

Grading

I use the Rare Record Guide grading system detailed below:

MINT The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items sush as a lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and an occasional light scatch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and contents without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deterioted, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Returns within seven days of receipt are accepted and a full refund will be given provided that the item is returned in the same condition as when it was sent.
