Description

First issue. SHVL 814

Released with the cover hidden under black shrink wrap with a round Wish You Were Here sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap. Spine is narrow (pinched) at the top and bottom and wide in the middle. Issued with lyrics on a die cut inner sleeve and a glossy postcard, with jagged edges, of a diving man.

Matrix / Runout (Stamped Side A): SHVL 814 A-1

Matrix / Runout (Stamped Side B): SHVL 814 B-5

First issue with matrix variant A-1 B-5 comes with die cut inner sleeve with the top two corners and bottom right corner cropped at an angle (looking from the red veil blowing in the wind side).

Opening at top centre front with notch.

Cover – overall excellent plus, due to the protective black shrink wrap.

Vinyl is in excellent condition

I used to work in a record shop in the early 70s, so many of my LPs are first pressings. At the time I had an Ariston turntable, SME 3009 S2 tonearm and a Shure V15 Mk III cartridge. My records have been well looked after and stored in plastic sleeves.

My records are all original pressings, and not re-issues.
