Cover: Plain white bricks, blue/grey lines, no barcode or other writing - bought originally from new (by me in Virgin Records, Glasgow!) with no clear label on the front, heavy cardboard (see photos).
Inside sleeves: Heavy cardboard, rounded corners, long thumb cutout along the top of one side.

TML = The Mastering Lab (Los Angeles) used 3 lathes; 2 Scully lathes indicated by TML-M (master) and TML-S (slave) plus a Neumann lathe indicated by TML-X (extra)
Also on Side 1 (and faintly elsewhere) there is a scratched a pair of symbols that might be C and I or G and I - I can't make it out! Photo on the Side 1 photo shows this.
