Pink Floyd The Dark Side Of The Moon - Demo was recorded in studio between 1971-1972. “Demo” features outtakes, demos, and alternative versions from the iconic album, The Dark Side Of The Moon.

The new cover art with multicolor rainbow waveform on the front and back is a variation on the original album's design. The Dark Side Of The Moon explores themes of conflict, greed, time, death, and mental illness. It reflects post-World War II anxieties and the changing times of the 1970s. The "dark side" refers to the far side of the moon, often used metaphorically for the unknown. The album's massive success is attributed to its relatable lyrics and musical resonance.
