Japan Early Press LP

Odeon OP - 80261

Appendices: “Red Slim OBI”, “Fine-Textured G/F Cover w/ a Flap ( attached inside gate-fold )", “5 Page Booklet" & “Insert”

( Original OBI is missing )

Description: This is scarce Japanese early press copy ( released in 1971 or 72 ) of their original album, comin' with rare appendices. The disc is not red but black. The gate-fold cover is fine-textured on its surface of each side. A photo flap is attached inside gate-fold cover. Red slim obi reads in Japan “Japan Tour Memorial Album”. Yes, they toured Japan for the first time in 1971. Though original obi is missing, it’s still hard to find this album with red-wax even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/VG+ ( Cover / Disc )

COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s stained with brown spots on the surface of front & back, and lightly on the back-side of flap inside gate-fold. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has light marks of scuff in part on Side A ( inaudible ). There’re some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "VG+". No flaw on the groove of Side B. And it plays fine on each side.

OBI: EX ( red slim obi ). / Another Original OBI is missing.

BOOKLET: G+, being lightly creased & stained on the surface of each page.

INSERT: G+, being stained with brown spots on the surface of each side.
