Description
Extremely scarce original UK mono issue on Tower with mono mixes distinct from subsequent stereo issues. This mono release was simultaneous with the release of the stereo version, though Tower Records altered the songs on the album from the original British release to include their single "See Emily Play" while omitting the songs "Astronomy Domine", "Flaming" and "Bike" from the record. Also, titles of the songs "Pow R. Toc H." and "Take Up Thy Stethoscope and Walk" are misspelled on the LP labels and back cover.
LP looks like a mere VG with numerous hairlines and scuffs throughout, but it plays very well considering, with expected crackle and white noise between tracks but no skips, jumps, or obtrusive pops. Per pics, cover has ringing and shelf scuffing, near-total splits to upper and lower edge, relatively solid spine with tiny center nick, and splits by each corner.
