Factory Sample !!
First Pressing, 1G/1G Matrix Numbers, Flipback Sleeve !!
Sleeve is in VG+ Condition (has some rippling caused by exposure to moisture, see pic).
Vinyl is in VG++ Condition (has a couple of surface marks on Side 2).
