Description
I am selling a beautiful copy of the Mobile Fidelity Original Master Recording of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. I am the original owner. It was always handled carefully by the edge and gently played on a high end straight tracking turntable. It had very light use, and it has been in storage for over 30 years, in the original plastic cover to protect it, standing upright in an enclosed record cabinet, away from any sunlight.
The vinyl looks in mint condition, with a shiny surface and no visible scratches that I can see. I just played a couple tracks to test it, again with a high end turntable, to get one last listen of Money to bring back memories.
The cover looks in excellent shape. The photo may show discoloration, but that is just reflections when I took the picture. If you look closely, there appears to be a very minor mark on the upper left side, and a couple of places on the edge where the record goes in where there are extremely minor wear marks from being placed into the record cabinet.
The record is still in the original plastic sleeve that is in great shape, except for one corner that is a little wrinkled from how it was placed in the outer cover (see image).
The white Mobile Fidelity Cardboard insert is in mint condition. The picture shows what looks like a flaw at the bottom, but that is light reflection.
