This is a Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon Blue Triangle 1973 UK First Press Vinyl LP.
The disc is in excellent condition overall, albeit with the following minor audible flaws:
- 3 ‘pops’ over 1st heartbeats (1 per rotation)
- 4 ‘pops’ over 1st cash till FX (1 per rotation, not affecting the start of the bass riff)
- some minor crackle at very end of Side 2 as the heartbeats fade
- there is no ‘skip’ during Money
The gatefold sleeve has both L and R openings.
The original black paper poly-lined inner sleeve is also in great condition.
The 2 stickers are in excellent condition, their backing papers are completely intact (see photos).
The 2 posters were unfolded for the first time in order to photograph for this sale and are in excellent condition with no tears or marks (see photos).
The photos also show the visible minor flaws to the sleeve.
This superb example of this iconic vinyl record is being sold by only its 2nd owner since first purchase and has been extremely well cared for by a keen vinyl enthusiast.
Extra care and attention will be made when packaging for postage, including video of wrapping. Postage will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery and covered with RM insurance.
