Description

Rare Very 1st UK Pressing of classic Pink Floyd album from 1970......Atom Heart Mother.......with rare Patented Garrod & Lofthouse Gatefold cover (see 3rd pic) and Gramophone Co text around label rims with NO EMI logos and A-1G/B-1G Matrices....

Heavy Vinyl in superb condition with minimal light hairlines ....terrific sheen......just the tiniest bit of background noise on run ins and between tracks ......plays superbly all the way through with no skips, sticks or jumps .......terrific clear and powerful sound from this high quality 1st UK Pressing.......EX

The very rare earliest Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd unbarcoded matt gatefold sleeve with Patent No 943,895 printed inside bottom left (see 3rd pic) has light wear/scuffing to corners , edges, spine and opening and one tiny surface tear to rear...spine legible....superb inside gatefold no writing anywhere.....VG

Harvest SHVL 781 labels with Gramophone Co text around rims and NO EMI logos in superb condition with A-1G and B-1G matrices , 1/2 Mothers and MO/OT Stampers in runouts indicating 1st UK Pressing ...in great overall condition..
