Description
On offer here is a First Press UK copy of Atom Heart Mother by Pink Floyd, released on the Harvest label in 1970, catalogue number SHVL 781
The unlaminated gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition with some light rubbing on the bottom edge and some wear to the print on the spine ( see photos)
There are some ticks on the run in and start for 10-15 seconds on Side One which then stops, otherwise the album plays superbly. There is a small scuff mark on Side One where the spindle has caught the vinyl but this does NOT affect the sound reproduction
There is VERY slight up and down movement on Side One only mentioned for completeness.
Because of these I am grading the vinyl as Excellent Plus but many would grade higher
This album did not sell well, and first pressings are not that easy to acquire, especially in this condition
