Pink Floyd - Animals - UK 1st Press A2/B3
If you want to hear a UK 1st press of Animals, but you don't want to spend a lot of money, this may be a good choice for you.
The cover is a nice VG+.
There are (mostly light) marks on both sides of the record, and some more short deeper marks on the lead-ins on both sides.
On side 1, there is crackle on the lead-in and lead-out, and the first minute or two is noisy. After that, it settles down and plays VG+.
On side 2, the lead-in and lead-out are once again noisy, and the first minute or two is noisy. After that it settles down and plays VG.
There is a big pop right on the "Laser Sound" at the beginning of "Pigs".
It does not skip anywhere.
If you can get past the noise at the beginning, the superior sonic quality of a UK first press is still quite apparent, and provides for an enjoyable listen.
