First issue. No bar code on the cover. Thick cardboard cover with the front edge of the gatefold sealed with a foldunder, and a wide spine.
Black cardboard inner sleeve with lyrics on it. Round corners, and a 9-inch notch on the edge that opens. In the lower right corner is the catalog number: "SHVL 815(I)"

Condition: Excellent - I can see light marks on the vinyl under a bright light typical of being housed in a card sleeve. I can see a couple of spindle marks on both labels.
Sleeve Condition: Very Good - Small sticker to the top left front and back. A little wear on all edges. Record ring mark on back cover.
Sound Quality: Not played by me due to it's superb condition
