Up for auction is a rare vinyl copy of Phish's 1998 LP The Story Of The Ghost. While not the most visually pristine of copies, I have play-tested this twice, on a Bang & Olufsen 8002, and can verify its sound is virtually flawless throughout and, despite several surface scuffs, it plays like a perfect Near Mint. The cover does have wear typical for years of storage without protective sleeving. Although it's not at all what I'd call beat-up, the black cover does make the wear more pronounced to the collector's eye. That said, there are several crease-marks under 1" along the spine, edge and corner-wear, as well as slight ring-wear. As a collector for over 40 years, I am much more comfortable having you pleasantly surprised with the shape and sound of this record than causing disappointment by pretending it is a flawless museum piece.
