THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1st MONO PRESSING FROM 1959 of "Drums Around The World" by Philly Joe Jones on Riverside Records. This record features trumpet player Lee Morgan.

RLP 12 302 - A and RLP 12 302 - B, ETCHED IN THE DEAD WAX. Original Riverside double microphone logo on big blue and silver label. Deep Groove . "BILL GRAUER PRODUCTIONS" WITH NO "Inc" ON BLUE LABEL. This is the genuine article. 100% AUTHENTIC ORIGINAL RIVERSIDE 12-302 FIRST MONO PRESSING.

THIS RECORD IS FROM OUR PERSONAL COLLECTION. Well maintained. 

*Because our clients are mostly jazz collectors and connoisseurs, as we are, we made it our policy to only sell vinyl that we grade in VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) condition or better. This vinyl is in our opinion a VG+, looks and plays great.

Record Grade VG+ = No skips, very well maintained. The vinyl is in beautiful condition. The vinyl is stunning with only minor surface scratches. Just listened to both sides of the whole album with headphones on and it plays beautiful, little to no surface noise at all other than an occasional pop. Amazing condition and quality. Shiny vinyl. Difficult to find this rare vintage record in such great condition. (see pictures) 

Jacket Grade VG+ = Shiny, clean, well maintained. No staining. One owner. We have had it in plastic cover on shelf its whole life. A small red marker right of rear cover says "ZA" for identification. The jacket has small tape along top entry point to protect seem split from normal use. This record is from our personal collection and we taped it ourselves over 50 years ago. Corner dent bottom left from regular shelf use. Clean and glossy. There are 2 stickers (front cover and label) that say "Musikhaus Hummel", a famous music store in Frankfurt Germany. Very clean jacket and well kept for a 56 year old album. (see pictures)
