Description
Bach suites for cello solo BWV 1007 - 1012. Maurice Gendron, cello.
Philips 835 272 - 274 AY. Very rare first stereo edition of this set: Hi-Fi stereo logo on the box, maroon labels (no edition exists with hi-fi stereo on the labels, this is definitely the first). Rare to find this set with all 3 lp's with maroon labels!
Grading: Box is EX, original linen set, only the seam is lighly damaged at corners (see picture) no split corners. golden lettering on spine. Vinyl: Records NM-, all clean. Side 6 has light surface noise at moments, when played loud. Very strict grading. LP's come in their original double inner sleeves. Booklet included, Ex+.
Be sure to check out all my other items. I sell also the original HMV/Columbia Brahms Violin concerto recordings of De Vito, Haendel and Martzy, plus a lot of interesting secca sxl, DGG, piano and violin records!!

Grading:
M: never used. I don’t use this grade unless the record is sealed
NM: No visible or audible faults
EX: Record has clearly been used, but has no major audible faults, some non sounding marks possible, maybe some dirt or light surface noise (especially on older mono record, surface noise is quite normal).
VG: Light audible faults, ticks or surface noise
G: scratches, etc. I don’t sell record in this condition, unless they are very special and collectible.
Records are first graded visually. If I have doubts, I grade them on my linn lp12 / clearaudio sigma.
