The play tested lp record is in Very Good + condition, and the gatefold cardboard sleeve is in Very Good + condition, with bumps on corners, as shown in the photographs 1 and 2, and some discoloration and a small mark is found inside, as shown in photo 4.  The inner paper sleeve is a new generic sleeve.

On this play-tested 1969 lp record, Pharoah Sanders performs three compositions.  Mr. Sanders, tenor saxophone, is backed by Leon Thomas, vocal and percussion; Lonnie L. Smith, Jr., piano; Ron Carter, Richard Davis and Reggie Workman, bass; William Hart and Frederick Waits, drums; Julius Watkins, French horn; James Spaulding, flute; and Nathaniel Bettis, percussion.

Note that side 2 has two tracks; however, only one track "Colors" is listed on the label.

Condition

This play-tested lp record has some light scratches and scuffs.  On side 1, two light clicks were heard and a couple of light clicks were heard at the end.  On side 2, two light clicks were heard on the beginning of track one, and two light clicks were heard and two light clicks were heard at the end of track two.  That said the lp record played as a very good + record.

"VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience,  Slight warps tht do not affect the sound are OK.  Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapened the hole.  there may be come very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.

"VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location.  Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking.  Covers with cut-out markings can never be considered Near Mint."
