Description
Mega Rare LP of Pete Christlieb / Warne Marsh Quintet - Apogee (Warner Bros 3236 - stereo) Original 1970s test pressing. Legendary bop session featuring tenor saxophonists Christlieb and Marsh and produced by Steely Dan's Walter Becker and Donald Fagen. A rare classic in a unique ediiton that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in Mint/Near Mint condition with basically no marks to report and with likely all of the original shine - really really nice! The plain cover (including the original production log) is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear, writing, some white-out and an old sticker shadow. You can keep looking, but you're not likely to find another copy of this rarety.
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.
Mailing costs have gone up. Postal rates have increased dramatically, the cost of record mailers has increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing - in addition to Paypal’s fees on mailing payments. I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.
International mailing costs: International overseas mailing (Europe, Japan, Asia etc…) for one LP would be $29.00. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, Paypal fees on mailing as well as mailers and packing materials. One LP to Canada would be $18.00
US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on mailing, Paypal fees on mailing as well as the cost of mailers and packing materials.
Paypal accepted or write for preferred payment options. Serious bidders only - payment must be received in ten days from notification. All items are guaranteed upon return in condition sent, but mailing costs are NOT refundable. Thanks for your interest and good luck.
