- 1994, 1st and Original pressing ~ be original.
- Made in the U.S.A.
- Epic Records ~ E 66900
- Vinyl is VG++ and plays VG++ to Mint-, mostly Mint-; some very faint, very minor ticks and clicks during a few, quiet passages. Various, faint, hairline paper-inner-sleeve marks from the vinyl being removed from sleeve and possibly from handling; some paper-inner-sleeve marks that are other than the hairline type (they are faint, smudge-like marks) and are mostly inaudible.
- Labels are VG+ to VG++, spindle-hole is worn; some minor spindle-marks near spindle-hole and some minor manufacturer imperfections.
- Gatefold cover is VG++ to Mint-, small bend on left-corners, very small and minor corner-bends on right-corners. The inside of gatefold has some faint and very minor wear possibly from the manufacturer. Shrink is torn on bottom and is not attached with sticker.
- 8-page booklet is VG++, faint and minor creases/bends on middle-left; very small and minor bend on lower-right corner and very minor, slight wear on left-center area, booklet may be as good as VG++ to Mint-.
- Custom inner-sleeve is VG+, creases and bends, no split-seams.

"Thanks to its stripped-down, lean production, Vitalogy stands as Pearl Jam's most original and uncompromising album. While it isn't a concept album, Vitalogy sounds like one. Death and despair shroud the album, rendering even the explosive celebration of vinyl "Spin the Black Circle" somewhat muted. But that black cloud works to Pearl Jam's advantage, injecting a nervous tension to brittle rockers like "Last Exit" and "Not for You," and especially introspective ballads like "Corduroy" and "Better Man." In between the straight rock numbers and the searching slow songs, Pearl Jam contribute their strangest music -- the mantrafunk of "Aye Davanita," the sub-Tom Waits accordion romp of "Bugs," and the chilling sonic collage "Hey Foxymophandlemama, That's Me." Pearl Jam are at their best when they're fighting, whether it's Ticketmaster, fame, or their own personal demons."
