You are looking at a 7" white label pressing of Paul McCartney's Spies Like Us
I have play tested this and plays a reasonable VG+ although the needle jerked (without jumping) on the main track. There is a 'sheen' within the pressing but does not affect play. Both sides play. Labels are a bit grubby, typical of others I have seen. Spindle in good order. A side has handwritten the Artist\Title B side is blank (As in pics) Generally typical of a 'working' copy probably radio.

RDJ6118 A-2U-1-1-1 RDJ6118 B-1U-1-1-4
Which means this is probably a white of the promo issue of the single.
This one came from one of Ireland's leading collector of Beatles and associated artists and label product and has been in storage for many years.
