This UK 1st pressing dates from initial May 1971 release on the dark green Apple Records label: PAS 10003
The side 1 label bears a genuine EMI 'FACTORY SAMPLE - NOT FOR SALE' sticker.
Matrix numbers: YEX 837-1 & YEX 838-1
Stamper codes: 1/AG & 2/GD
Vinyl weight: 137g
Housed in a fully laminated (inside & out) UK printed gatefold cover.
Complete with original Apple copyright worded inner-sleeve.

A superb set bearing just one or two faint, well-aimed spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces with some harmless wispy hairlines & a couple of light surface marks on side 2 - none of which affect sound or play.
Audio: EXCELLENT +
This copy comes from the collection of an ex-EMI executive and has only been played a couple of times on high-end equipment. Aside from some regular vinyl background between tracks, there is nothing to fault audibly.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Clean & fully intact with some light storagewear rubbing to the outer panels but no other traces of wear.
Both laminated panels inside the gatefold are glossy & unworn.
All seams are unstressed & the spine is clean & fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
