This superb sounding, well preserved early UK pressing of Paul's debut solo LP from 1970 is on the dark green Apple Records label: PCS 7070
Matrix numbers: YEX 775-3U & YEX 776-4U

Housed in an early fully laminated UK printed gatefold cover WITHOUT the 'Apple Records' text on the rear panel.
Complete with its original 'Apple Copyright..' worded inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT +
A richly coloured clean pair with a small collection of light spindle trails to each unworn centre hole. There is a small manufacturing blemish on label 2 but no other signs of wear.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine playing surfaces which retain all of their 'as new' deep-gloss shine and are totally unmarked on strong daylight. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful and unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals little more than some harmless wispy paper hairlines from inner-sleeve removal and a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this well looked after disc lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
A superb sounding copy which plays perfectly cleanly, warmly and clearly throughout with no trace of any groove/play wear. My single careful play-check at volume detected a hint of light/normal vinyl background between tracks but certainly no clicks, pops, ticks or any other audible distraction of any kind.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A truly 1st-class example of this easily worn cover which has been stored all its life inside a protective plastic cover and therefore retains a superb high-gloss front laminate which apart from a single small laminate wrinkle towards the front opening edge and two tiny spine wrinkles, is unworn. All corners are sharp, unworn & unbumped and all opening edges are razor sharp and completely unworn. The inside of the gatefold is perfect & 'as new' and the rear panel is as good as the front with no noticeable marks or wear. the spine is fully laminated along its entire length and all seams are smooth, unstressed & unsplit. A tough one to upgrade.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean & flat with slight age-toning to the paper but no tears, writing or seam splits.
