Description

An original 1st press from 1970 on the UK Apple label. Matrix 2/2 - 1st cut. Decent Pressing Weight and comes housed in a genuine 1st issue gatefold. The 1st issues are nice and glossy and mention 'Gramophone Ltd' at the foot of the rear.. An original inner 'patent applied for'. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.

Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A near master copy for sure and you are not going to get this sort of presence from later reissues.  Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex/Ex-) A really well preserved cover. Clean and flat front and rear without creasing or surface wear. Hardly any wear observable - nice sharp opening. Interior is spot on with just a couple of very minor age spots. Spine is 98% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) Fragile and aged. NO splits or wear.
