If you just missed out on the last auction for a copy of Heavy, don't fear because here's another chance to get hold of this rare item.
*** Unlike another auction currently running, this IS the debut single - Hessles didn't come until later. ***
As most of you will know, Parva were the hit and miss upstarts who went on to become the highly polished Kaiser Chiefs - hard as it may be to believe to anyone who saw them thrashing their way around Leeds venues such as Joseph's Well and the Corn Exchange.
In all honesty, their studio output wasn't that bad. Their ill-fated album 22 actually had some pretty good tunes, and it's probably fair to say that some were better than the uninspired dirge they churn out these days.
This is a mint, unplayed copy of their debut single, which had a limited pressing of 500 copies. The tracklisting is:
