The record appears to be lightly played. A few very light scratches or scuffs, a few spindle marks.
I do not have a 78 player, so I am unable to play grade it.
Has an original Puritan Factory Sleeve in excellent condition with some storage wear. (some creasing at the corners and an impression from the record. No seam splits!)
I recently purchased a large collection of 78's (a couple of hundred records.) They were all from one owner and appear to be well taken care of.
