Purple Smoke -- Vol. 1 LP
Original 1969 US private pressing on Mark Records (catalog # MC-1446, TEST PRESSING with blank cream-colored labels, on one label is written "MC 1446 7-8", run-out grooves say "MC 1446-1" & "MC 1446-2").Lounge-Psych Holy Grail, privately-released LP from 1969 with great female vocals and organ-driven garage-y lounge rock. Ultra-rare to begin with, this is the even more scarce test pressing on Mark Records, a spin-off of Century Custom Records.
CONDITION: / Vinyl VG++ vinyl is excellent, clean with nice gloss, no scratches, just a little slight scuffing, plays well, just one track has some very small surface marks which cause brief light tics. Graded conservatively using Goldmine standards [G / G+ / VG / VG+ / NM / ]grade only used if record is brand new.

Media Mail delivery time is usually anywhere from 4 to 10 days, but occasionally it takes 2 weeks or even longer to reach the West Coast from here. Please consider this potential delay before you decide to go with Media Mail instead of Priority Mail. Priority Mail is a highly recommended option for all vinyl, it's a lot faster and much more secure -- I double-box (and sometimes triple-box) all LP's shipped via Priority Mail. Cost is reasonable and calculated based on your zip code.

All records are packaged securely, protected by both stiff and cushion packaging, with vinyl (in original innersleeve) removed from cover and placed safely in poly sleeve to help prevent seam splitting during transit.
