Description
Super rare copy of The Purple Hearts "Early in the Morning/Just a Little Bit." Original Australian 1966 pressing on Sunshine label, in plastic company sleeve. The Purple Hearts featured the legendary Lobby Loyde on guitar....and all of their singles are very rare and collectable.
Both the A and B side tracks on this single are absolutely killer. "Early the Morning" has almost an early Eastern/psychedelic feel to it.....quite unique compared to most other Aussie singles of the time! Here's a youtube link... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2Bq2QWa7Jmg

Would rate condition of vinyl somewhere between VG- and VG. Retains some of its original sheen, but has several small, light scratches and surface scuffs. Plays with light background noise in places....but no annoying loud pops or ticks.
Labels are VG.....both sides have small writing in pen, and lint general wear.
Not a mint collectors copy, but still a good playing copy of this rare killer single!
