Issued in a special edition die-cut sleeve with silver print; a sticker on the front states: 'Choose Your Own Front Cover 12 Different sleeves inside ILPS 8041 524 165-1' A large aperture at the front and 6 reversible artwork inserts allow a choice of 12 different sleeve designs.

CONDITION: EXCELLENT (Clearly only played a handful of times at most. Under a bright grading lamp, there are just a handful of very faint paper scuffs/hairline marks on the vinyl's surface from being carefully taken in and out of the inner sleeve and light normal use. These do no affect playback though and the vinyl is otherwise free of imperfections - no deep/serious scratches, no groove damage, etc. Plays strongly. Labels both clean. Inner sleeve and all six inserts still present and in great condition. The sleeve is generally in pretty good shape with no serious damage - no rips, no tears, no heavy creasing, no defacing, etc. But... there is some light general wear to the sleeve faces, edges and particularly corners, plus quite a few smaller creases emanating from the sleeve edges all round and it's original price sticker remains too - please see photos for exact condition)
