Description

This is my copy of Metal Box, which I originally bought the day it was released by Virgin in 1979. I played it once when I bought it, and once today to confirm that it plays - which it does! There is a small cosmetic scratch on side A of disc 1 (see photo), but it does not cause any audible clicking or jumping; there are no other scratches are marks on the vinyl, and the labels are all clean with no spindle marking. The inter-disc paper sheets are all present and unmarked, and the track listing insert is intact with very minor dogearing of the corners. The box itself is intact with no dents or bumps, although it has some tarnishing (to be expected on an item that's nearly 40 year's old!).
I've used the vinyl grading scale from the Vinyl Factory website (https://thevinylfactory.com/features/a-comprehensive-guide-to-grading-vinyl-records/ ) to grade the condition of the vinyl, case and other packaging for this item, as follows Case: Excellent Vinyl: VG+ to Excellent Inserts: Excellent
