It is Regal Zonophone Records U.K. catalog number SLRZ-1004. thin cardboard cover, laminated front cover.

Condition of record is a real nice EX with just a very few light and small visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Condition of cover is a high VG/lowVG+ with a 1-1/2" split in the middle of the top edge, some wrinkles, a fair amount of contact wear, a couple of very tiny tears along the open edge, and a fair amount of general wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, tape, writing, or stickers. This LP would be a choice addition to any Procol Harum or late 1960s progressive rock record collection!
