Click to view supersized image After a hiatus while changing locations, I'm back with some killer auctions I will be rolling out over the next few weeks. This week it's a prog auction with some ultra-rarities. This LP is the scarce original UK pressing of the Procol Harum masterpiece "Shine On Brightly", with a completely different, unique and awesome-looking jacket. The original UK pressings have by far the best fidelity you will find of this LP. It's a stereo on Regal Zonophone, with matrix numbers YCARX-49-1 and YCARX 50-1. The LP is VG++, not too far off at all from Near Mint, with just a few light marks--a beauty and it plays great! Near Mint Minus labels with a few spindle marks on side 2 and hardly any on side 1. The laminated flipback-style jacket grades VG+, with no writing, seam splits,etc. See my other auctions this week for other awesome Prog Lps, including an ultra-rare King Crimson MONO promo.
Grading is very conservative, with strict Goldmine grading standards applied. All records are shipped in sturdy record mailers with adequate packing materials, with the record removed in its inner sleeve and placed on top of the jacket to prevent seam splitting.
