Still sealed in original Factory Shrink Wrap. Flat, straight, crisp cover has a few breaks to shrink at edges with a few small spots of light wear. Bottom right corner-tip exposed and mildly bumped. Overall extremely nice. Outer Blue Heart Hype Sticker is very clean.
