NOT FOR SALE/PROMO!!!
Come with the insert in a gatefold sleeve.
Extremely hard to find even in Japan now.

Sleeve is in EX- condition.(Some damages by the ages.)
Disc is in EX/EX/EX/EX(Side A/B/C/D) condition.
Insert has slight damage on the edge,
