Rare original 1981 UK 12inch issue with 'head' sleeve & warning sticker - see photos for more details

CONDITION (vinyl/cover)

VG (the labels show signs of only 1 play; the surfaces are shiny but through damp storage the disc has got a bit warped and speckling marks/scuffs can be seen when angled in the light; thankfully these marks and the warp don't affect play and both sides play great - please see the uploaded video which shows the warp when playing side 2, when playing side 1 its hardly noticeable)

/ EX (card sleeve with the rare original warning sticker; this is a very nice example with a solid shape, bright uncreased surfaces and just a little light storage wear - see photos)
