Here is a one-of-a-kind, mega rare test pressing for Prince and The New Power Geneartion's single "Funky Weapon (Part I and II)". Same song/mix on both A and B side. I have never seen one of these before and don't expect to again once this is snatched up by a collector. 
For those of you not familiar with test pressings, these are one-off copies of a record that come direct from the mastering engineer to the artist and label. These are used to audition the song and mix before it is sent to the pressing plant. Due to the high cost of producing these, the label often limits the number made to under 5.

Disc Condition:  M- (record is flawless, very high gloss, no warping or scuffs.)
Jacket Condition:  VG++ (original white sleeve. sings of shelf wear. nothing major.)

Grading Info:
All records are graded using the Goldmine Magazine record grading standard (see below). Each record is visually graded under strong light. If a record is play graded, it will be noted in the item description.  All records needing cleaning are cleaned on a Nitty Gritty Record Cleaner.

Goldmine Magazine Record Grading Standard:
M (Mint) – Perfect, flawless. Still sealed in original packaging and never played. These are RARE. 
M- or NRMT (Mint Minus or Near Mint) – The highest grade for a record that has been played.  The album is in excellent condition and shows no visible signs of wear or damage that will affect sound quality.
VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus) – Only the slightest of wear, certainly no deep scratches. Cover may have slight ring wear and minor seam splitting.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) – Well cared for. Though there may be more wear to the cover and record it should play without skipping or repeating.
VG (Very Good) – Still good condition, but more wear than VG+.  
VG- (Very Good Minus) – Generally not collectible condition, unless it’s a super rare record.  
G (Good) – Lots of wear, but still playable. 
WBR (Wrecked But Rare) – Otherwise known as a Starter Copy. Not cracked, but a starter copy.

All LPs are professionally packed and shipped in sturdy record mailers with a layer of bubble wrap. I take great care in packing items to avoid bending and seam splits during shipment.
