we expect winning bidders to contact us within 48 hours of auction end and payment to be recieved within 7 days please after 7 days all non paying bidders will be reported to ebay and negative feedback left for timewasters
all items remain our property until paid in full
we reserve the right to relist items or remove items from sale if ebay system goes down 2 hours before auction end
all items are tested and acuratley described as well as clearly photographed
we pack very safely for delivery and will email you tracking details when items are collected
all items will be despatched within 7 days of recieving cleared payment
we are delighted to leave positive feedback for you once the item has arrived and you are happy with it and have left us positive feedback
any problems or isssues ? just contact us by phone or email and we will help
we only use 'ups ' and 'parcelforce' for our deliverys...please dont ask to use another service as we wont agree
we will not be held responsable for any damage caused to items during transit by couriers
in the event of any item being received damaged it is the responsability of the buyer to make a claim,
we will always provide reciepts/tracking details to help you
we will only include delivery insurance if paid for by the buyer
all import taxes / charges are the responsability of the buyer
we will not 'lie' about the value of items on tax forms or customs documents for you....so dont ask !
if an item is recieved as 'significantly not as described' then we must be contacted within 48 hours of reciept
the item must then be returned safely to us for inspection WITHIN 7 DAYS before any refund is issued
please note we will not refund 'postage costs' as this is money not recieved by us
we will only issue refunds for the actual 'end of auction price' , not higher values or 'partial refunds'
We will only ship to verified buyers address, not 'po box' numbers
we have sold well over 1000+ valuble items by ebay auction and are always happy to help you
however we do not answer 'rude' 'offensive' or 'arrogant' emails
likewise we will not tolerate scammers or money launderers
we report all ebay fraud and listing scams imediatley...so be warned !
